You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload and share all content you provide to Papertrail.

6. Subscription and Payment

Papertrail offers various subscription plans. By subscribing, you agree to:

  • Pay all fees associated with your chosen plan
  • Provide accurate billing information
  • Automatic renewal unless cancelled before the renewal date
  • Potential price changes with 30 days' notice

We offer a free trial period for new users. After the trial, you will be charged unless you cancel.

7. Cancellation and Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination:

  • You will have 30 days to export your data

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties and are not liable for:

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
